pancakes or cupcakes

did you watch endless love: winter sonata? i was one of the avid followers. can't miss an episode, else, it'll be a mess and you will never dare see me. hehehe!

the storyline was simple, but twas ok. koreans have a way to pierce your heart with heavy drama, even if you know for sure that it's not going to happen in real life. some people said that the first installment of the endless love series was much better. i don't really know. haven't watched the korean version to be honest about it. but the h3ll i care?! the main man in the series, BAE YONG-JOON was there. and i have a very big confession to make. i used to think that korean actors are not good looking, but the female species are.. i always question why do gorgeous ladies like them ended up with not-so-blest people.. hehehe! but that again changed when i caught my first glimpse of YONSA-MA. Isn't he heavenly?

i bought some stuffs, he endorsed like rayban for my father. followed his series locally aired. i was not a fanatic like the others, but i was really off guard with his smile and charisma.

fast forward in recent times (did it sound like a time machine traveling?!). when i was drown to KHJ fever, i kept on thinking of Yonsa-ma. hyun-joong reminds me too much of him. resemblance maybe? or just reminiscent of how it was during winter sonata days? but, viola!!! as i was trying to learn more about KHJ, i am very much surprised and happy to know that my dear KHJ is working for Yonsa-ma, and that KHJ is following the footstep of my very first korean actor crush. How coincidental is that?

KHJ appeared a guest in yonsa-ma's starrer Dream High as himself. i am very much looking forward for them to appear in a full length series, together, as father and son, perhaps?!

coffee after 10 years anyone?!

when i was young, (like 10 years ago.. not that old, eh?! hehehe) it always irritates me everytime my father asks me to prepare coffee for him. aside from the fact that i am lazy in nature (hehehe), but i learned that coffee is bad for your health.. i've never even tried drinking the caffeine can cause dumbness.. like duh?! can i be dumber?

kidding aside, a few years ago, some food scientists learned that coffee is healthier than how it's perceived 10 years ago. and this time, when my father ask me to get him coffee, i can't help but smile, reminiscing how i strongly discouraged him with the coffee habit. by the way, he can drink up to 6 cups of coffee daily.

my admiration for hyun-joong is like coffee. at first, i even call him, (and to this day, i am very much soooorrrryyy.. and ashamed... i am not worthy) F@ggot.. but after an accidental discovery of how great he is as an artist, and most of all as a person, i had a 180 degrees turn on my perspective towards him.

let this post be a good beginning for a good life ahead.. FIGHTING!
